2. Liability for Content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG under general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of law is obtained. Upon notification of corresponding infringements of law we will remove this content immediately.

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognisable at the time of linking.

Contact form: When you contact us via our contact form, the information you provide (first name, last name, email address, optionally phone, subject and message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for follow-up questions. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We will not pass this data on without your consent.

Data retention: Contact form data is deleted as soon as your enquiry has been processed and there is no longer a statutory retention obligation.

Our website uses WordPress mShots (s0.wp.com) to automatically generate screenshots of portfolio company websites. This is a technical service only; no personal data is transmitted to s0.wp.com.
